BRAID is an early-stage product research project operated by BRAID. This page explains how we handle information submitted through this website.

We collect early-access form details such as name, work email, company name, company registration location, current location, tools used, interview preference, and the frustration you choose to share. We do not request banking credentials, account numbers, seed phrases, or sensitive financial account data through the landing-page form.

We use this information to evaluate demand, contact relevant founders, conduct product research, and improve the BRAID prototype. We may also store basic technical context such as user agent, referrer, and UTM parameters.

If analytics are enabled, BRAID uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand page engagement and conversion. Optional analytics are not loaded before consent where consent is required.

We may use third-party processors for hosting, analytics, database storage, and email delivery. Depending on those providers and your location, information may be processed internationally.

We retain research submissions while they are useful for product development and early-access communication. You can request deletion or correction by contacting hello@usebraid.co.
